Our dough is made fresh daily and left to set for 24 to 48 hours, ensuring a deliciously thin and crispy base.
This makes the pizza’s light and easy to digest.
We use the best quality, fresh ingredients sourced locally or imported from Italy.
The pizzas are cooked on one of the best Pizza oven’s available a ‘Moretti Forni’ brand – it is an ‘All-Stone-Inside’ oven – which we imported from Italy.
We offer a range of homemade deserts including Tiramasu, Panna Cotta and Creme Caramel.
Recently we started making our own beautiful soft serve ice-cream, made with a Carpigiani ice cream machine.

Authentic Italian pizza in a casual setting with easy parking and access. Great service from the lovely couple who own the place and the food is up there with the best pizzerias we have tried on many trips to Italy. Molto bene!
